The story of the film goes around the crime drama followed by some romance in between Manju Warrier and Vishal. A killer who is infamous for committing flawless crimes has become a nemesis for the police department. Unable to trap him, a retired cop is summoned to solve the case and a game of cat and mouse hunt ensues.

Mohanlal Viswanathan Nair struggles between the past incident that changes the way he takes life completely. Other than being a good husband, you will catch him playing the role of a unique cop, he gets into the investigation to find the mystery behind the death taking places in a house.It is interesting to watch how the mystery unfolds.

The suspense thriller directed by B Unnikrishnan is expected to perform tremendously well at the Kerala box office on the opening day itself. Being a solo release, Villain is sure to rake in some big money as a record number of fan shows are lined up for screening in Kerala.
