Monsoon Shootout Review & Story Plot:

Monsoon Shootout Movie Story:

Following the footsteps of his father, Adi joins the police force with the hope of being a fair and just officer. He believes that in every situation, there are three options – Sahi rasta, galat rasta aur beech ka rasta.

As the monsoon lashes Mumbai, this idealistic rookie cop, Adi has a fleeing suspect, Shiva, at the gunpoint. In that split second, he imagines all the three scenarios. he faces a moral dilemma; to shoot or not to shoot. In the first one, he lets him go, in the second, he kills him, and in his final option, he injures him and puts him behind bars hoping for the court to sentence the hitman.

Whatever path he chooses, it will impact not just his career and his love life, but also the lives of Shiva and his family. He realizes that while he can attempt to choose his destiny, every choice has a price. Things pan put differently in each story but the end result is nearly the same.

You’ll have to watch the movie to know which one does he choose. In the film, we can see Vijay Varma as Adi, Geetanjali Thapa as Adi’s girlfriend Anu, Neeraj Kabi his senior Khan, Shiva as Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Tannishtha Chatterjee as Shiva’s wife Rani play integral parts in the proceedings.

Monsoon Shootout Movie Review:

Monsoon Shootout isn’t for the faint-hearted. It is dark, fierce and will influence you to flinch now and again. On the off chance that you acknowledge great spine thrillers, this one will work for you. Head to cinemas and watch Monsoon Shootout, we say. Conveying menace with minimum effort, he is the very embodiment of unstoppable evil. Since Monsoon Shootout discusses one occurrence in three ways, some of the scenes and dialogues feel a bit repetitive. The climax though shocking seems somewhat unrealistic.

Monsoon Shootout Movie Rating: 3/5
