Actress Tamannaah Bhatia has become a busy bee these days and has quite a few films in her kitty that she is shooting for. The actress, who was last seen in the Tamil language film, Anbanavan Asaradhavan Adangadhavan, is currently shooting for the Telugu remake of Bollywood hit ‘Queen’, which is titled ‘Queen Again’.
According to latest reports, Tamannaah has been signed on to play the lead role in the Hindi remake of National Award-winning 2014 Tamil film ‘Jigarthanda’ which originally featured Siddharth, Bobby Simha and Laxshmi Menon. The original was directed by Karthik Subbaraj and the Hindi remake of the film will be directed by Nishikanth Kamat.
The black comedy film remake is yet to be titled, bankrolled by Ajay Devgn jointly with Abhinav Shukla and stars Sanjay Dutt and Farhan Akhtar in lead roles. Tamannaah will be seen playing the role which was played by Lakshmi Menon in the original. Tamannaah is expected to start shooting for the film soon after completing her Telugu remake of the Hindi film Queen.
Tamannaah also has a film opposite Sundeep Kishan which will be directed by Bollywood filmmaker Kunal Kohli marking his debut in Tollywood. The film is said to be a romantic drama and the makers have already shot few scenes in London with the lead actors.
