Senior dialogue writer in Telugu film industry, M.V.S.Haranatha Rao, passed away this morning. It is known that he was suffering from a heart attack and was taken to rims hospital in Ongole. The funeral will be held at Ongole, in Prakasam district, this evening.
Haranatha Rao has penned dialogues for 150 films. He started off as a stage artiste in a very young age and was later entered the cine field through noted film maker T. Krishna. He worked as a story and dialogue writer for many films. He had won four Nandi Awards for best dialogues, in films like Yuddha Bhumi, Manchi Donga, Swayam Krushi and Rakshasudu. MVS Haranadharao was seventy-two years old. He excelled in writing powerful and dramatic dialogues helping in direction. Since the writer came from the left political backgrounds, his words were very sharp. He has incorporated a very sharp satire on contemporary political issues in his conversations. He is also an actor in many films. His characters will always be remembered as a character actor in films like Swayam Krushi.The death of this famous director Haradan Rao is regretful.
