After the blockbuster success of ‘Arjun Reddy‘, we know that the remake rights of the movie for different languages will sell like hotcakes. Recently it was reported that Leading Malayalam production and distribution house ‘E4 Entertainment’ has snapped the Tamil and Malayalam remake rights of Arjun Reddy. It looks like Chiyaan Vikram’s son Dhruv is all set to take over and rule the south Indian film industry like his father. If the ongoing buzz in media and film Industry is to be believed, the makers are planning to bring Dhruv on the board to essay the role of Vijay in its remake of Arjun Reddy.
Earlier it was heard that the makers are considering the name of Arya to essay the role of Vijay in its remake but now sources say Dhruv. But then, it was an intense role which needs lots of acting skills and huge credibility to essay the role. If everything will go accordingly, Vignesh Shivan will helm the remakes of Malayalam and Tamil.

Earlier on several occasions, Vikram has revealed that his son will enter the film industry as he is very much interested in showbiz but he was not sure in what capacity. Last year, Dhruv had also made a short film that deals with the subject of child abuse within the family. The film was called ‘Goodnight Charlie. Dhruv has a long way to go in the film industry and a has a wide canvas to portray his many talents. We still feel that it is better to go for the dubbing version rather than messing up with the original that is said to be a path-breaking movie.
